The ideal candidate would be an MBA graduate with specialization in marketing and experience in a similar field. A “Marketing Intern” will be in charge of assisting in planning, developing, and implementing overall marketing strategy that further advances the firm’s presence and brand value.

Skills required:

Team Member Role: Residential- Executive Manager

We are changing the basic perception of common man towards the Real Estate Broking Industry and thus we are looking for young minds and feet to come aboard on a vision that has grown over 100% in floor strength 200% in top-line revenue Y-O-Y.
The ideal candidate will lead the data compilation for residential markets in Bangalore by creating a strong network with the property owners and developers, clients. The ideal candidate will build on skills like effective communication, presentation, negotiation and gain an in-depth Real Estate market understanding. The team member must be self-motivated with an Entrepreneurial Spirit and Career-Driven Mindset.
A “Residential Executive Manager” is a key member that must be dedicated to providing exceptional client support, apply critical / strategic thought process and can bring freshness, quick transaction / sales cycle in Real Estate Industry. The Team Member would be a large representative for the firm in the market, interacting with the Developers, Landlords, and Clients for bringing the on-ground market knowledge to the firm.

Part 1 – Inbound Sales

  • Manage inbound enquiries and schedule sales tours
  • Make follow up calls to prospective customers
  • Write, present, negotiate and close sales proposals
  • Understand Bangalore Real Estate markets and update it on a regular basis
  • Interact and meet with Landlords and Developers on a regular basis
  • Maintain exceptional and positive relationship with Landlords and Developers
  • Understanding real estate inventory

Part 2 – Outbound Sales

  • Regular market visits for both cold calling and scheduled appointments
  • Develop and enhance relations with prospective clients
  • Handle enquiries
  • Constantly update themselves with market knowledge
  • Analyze and understand the requirements of the clients
  • Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement
  • Understand the residential quotes and proposals in details
  • Undertake inspections with client
  • Conclude the transaction by assisting in documentation

Part 3 – Client Servicing

  • Handle agreement/agreement renewal process including handling meetings
  • Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts and concepts of other departments
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken. Knowledge of multiple language beneficial (Spoken)
  • MS Word, Excel and Power Point – Good knowledge required
  • Time management and organizational skills

The ideal candidate will lead the data compilation for land parcels and plots in Bangalore by creating a strong network with the property owners and developers. The ideal candidate will build on skills like effective com munication, presentation, negotiation and gain an in-depth Real Estate market understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to property owners, developers, landlords and related parties to understand the supply availability as well as generating new demand/ requirements
  • Scheduling meetings and building relationship with the developers, landlords etc.
  • Documentation and presentation of land market data
  • Sourcing suitable land options for residential, commercial and industrial development through landlord’s, broker network and cold calling
  • Conducting preliminary evaluation of land parcels and coordinating with landlords for documentation and meetings
  • Coordinating with local liaison agents/ Government authorities
  • Analysing and understanding clients’ requirements to ensure correct options are presented
  • Gaining insights and knowledge of the Real Estate market through research, market studies and networking
  • Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts and concepts of other departments
  • Maintain MIS on daily / weekly basis

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Bangalore geography
  • Ability to learn quickly the various policies such as zoning regulations and land use maps released by the Government from time to time

The ideal candidate will be in charge of planning, developing, implementing and managing overall digital marketing strategy that further advances the firm’s digital presence and brand value. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, running and managing campaigns on social media platforms, handling social media accounts, analyzing metrics and improving search engine optimizations. They will also be responsible for creating and running successful landing pages and ads on social media sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, plan and implement overall digital marketing strategy to build a lasting connection with consumers
  • Manage all digital marketing channels and oversee the company’s social media accounts
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts (ROI and KPI) using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
  • Manage and improve online content, SEO and Google Analytics (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Plan marketing campaigns, prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

  • 1-2 years of experience as Digital Marketing Executive
